Study for the treatment of asthma and COPD

Are you

• a healthy male or female
• aged from 18 to 55 years (inclusive)
• with a BMI from 18.5 and 30.0 kg/m² (inclusive)
• with a minimum weight of 50.0 kg
• non-smoker or quit smoking at least 12 months before the screening visit* (e-cigarettes and other electronic devices must be stopped at least 6 months before screening) 
• not using daily medication

What does this trial involve?

SGS trial BE-80-2300610 investigates the treatment of astma and COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). During ± 10 weeks you will have the following appointments:

• A standard screening visit (screening 1)
• A lung function test (screening 2)
• 4 periods each consisting of a 3 days stay and 2 nights in our unit
• 1 follow-up visit for women (1 follow-up phonecall for men)
